Our gourmet kitchen indulges the palate and the mind with healthy dishes. Our ingredients: good things from our home area, the best of the season. We combine all of this in the kitchen to produce surprising moments of culinary enjoyment – tasty and fresh- both for lovers of classic alpine meat and fish dishes, as well as for vegetarians and vegans. With our dishes, we connect body, mind and the environment lovingly with each individual bite. We put a pinch of appreciation and respect for the delicacies that nature gives us into every dish. Not just our hotel guests can enjoy the culinary diversity; all locals and guests at other hotels are also more than welcome at our restaurant. Come along, spend a few nice hours here at the Walserhof, enjoy the atmosphere and the delicious creations of our kitchen team. Our restaurant staff are there for you; accommodating and attentive, they make your culinary experience a feel-good moment. So that you can really enjoy what we have to offer, we request that you reserve a table.
It is particularly important to us to offer an attractive selection for guests with food intolerances as well. For instance, we have a whole range of gluten-free and lactose-free dishes– simply talk to us.
The opening times of our restaurant for external guests are: Monday to Sunday, from 12 pm to 2:00 pm and from 6.30 pm to 9.00 pm.

A GOOD START TO THE DAY
A balanced breakfast is the basis for a good start to the day. We have a large health food corner with muesli and different varieties of bread and rolls, tea and coffee varieties and juices of all kinds. We complement our herbal basis with animal ingredients: fresh mountain farmer’s milk, fresh fruit, eggs in all variations, bacon, sausage, ham and cheese from the region, honey, jams and whatever else the heart desires and revives the spirits.
By the way, external guests can also enjoy a Walserhof breakfast. From 7.30 am to 10.30 am, our buffet is also available to locals and guests of other hotels.
