Dear guests and friends,

since December 13th 2024, we are open again and we look forward to welcome you until April 06th 2025! Our summer season starts after a short break at May 18th 2025 and ends at November 2nd 2025!
 
 
Information on the cancellation conditions

For the upcoming season, the following cancellation guidelines generally apply to direct bookings:

- up to 3 months before the arrival date, cancellation is free of charge;

- up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total package price;

- up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total package price;

- in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price.

*We recommend taking out regular travel cancellation insurance!
